Create, test, schedule, and send an email campaign

Use Campaigns in Noticestry One to prepare an email, choose its audience, and send when it is ready. Saving a draft, sending a test, requesting approval, and sending to subscribers are separate actions.

Before you start

Sign in at app.noticestryone.com and check the workspace selector. You need an active approved sending domain, a default mailing address, eligible subscribed contacts, and available sends for the current billing period. See Adding a Mailing Address if the address is missing.

Create the campaign

  1. Open Campaigns and choose Create Campaign.
  2. In Details, enter the internal campaign name, subject, From name and address, and Reply-to. The name helps your team organize campaigns; the subject is shown to recipients.
  3. Review Email options. Include “View in browser” controls recipient browser copies. Approval is managed separately in Review & share.
  4. In Audience, select the lists, tags, or saved segments that should receive the email. Check the audience summary and any exclusions. A list's total contacts can differ from eligible recipients.
  5. In Design & Send, select a template or build the email. Save your design and campaign.
Create New Campaign Details step, with campaign name, subject, sender, and Audience and Design & Send steps

Start in Campaigns → Create Campaign. Details, Audience, and Design & Send are separate steps. Workspace sender names may differ.

Preview and test

Preview desktop and mobile layouts. Check links, images, subject, sender, personalization, mailing address, and unsubscribe content. Use Send Test with an address you control and review the actual inbox message. A preview is not inbox-delivery proof, and a test does not send the campaign to its audience.

Save, schedule, or send

Choose Save as Draft to keep working. For a future send, choose Schedule Send and review the date, time, and timezone before saving the schedule. For an immediate send, use Send on a ready draft and review the confirmation. Resolve any sender, address, billing, audience, or approval block first.

If approval is required, request it for the saved current version. Approval itself does not send or schedule the campaign.

After sending

Check the campaign status and Reports. Pause stops remaining work; it cannot recall messages already submitted. If delivery has started and content needs correction, duplicate the campaign and review the new draft. Send to Unsent is an administrator recovery action for an existing send, not a way to send the same newsletter again.
