Your account can have access to more than one Noticestry One workspace. Contacts, campaigns, sender settings, billing, and enabled Social tools belong to the selected workspace.
If your expected workspace is missing, ask its administrator or Noticestry support to check your access. Creating another workspace is not a way to restore access to an existing one.
Choose your account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account settings. Current sections include Profile, Billing, Integrations, Senders, Addresses, and Custom Fields.
Profile contains personal information and session/security controls. Your sign-in email is read-only in the profile form. Sender defaults, addresses, integrations, and usage should be reviewed in the intended workspace.
If you cannot sign in, use the password-recovery option on the sign-in screen. Open the recovery email intended for your account and complete the reset yourself. Check spam or junk if the message is missing and request a fresh link if the old one has expired.
If you received a workspace invitation, use the invitation link sent to you and the intended account. Ask the administrator for help if it is expired or refers to an unexpected workspace. Do not share password-reset or invitation links publicly.
Check the selected workspace, your role, and the feature's availability. Social navigation appears only where enabled; advanced controls can be restricted to administrators. A control shown to an administrator is not necessarily available to every member.
Use Profile → Onboarding → Restart onboarding to restart the walkthrough. This resets onboarding progress for the workspace while preserving contacts, campaigns, senders, and billing data.
Use Sign out when finished on a shared device. If a page shows an expired-session error, sign in again before retrying a saved action.
Open Help Center from the account menu. Include the workspace name, page, time, exact error, and the steps that caused it. Share a screenshot with private contact data removed. Never send your password, integration token, or private reviewer link in a public comment.
