Use Reports in Noticestry One to compare email performance and investigate a campaign. Campaign quick views provide a summary; the full report provides recipient, link, and delivery details.
Select Campaigns or Automations, set the date range, and choose Apply before reviewing or downloading a report.
Campaign report dates select when campaigns were sent, using inclusive UTC calendar dates. Engagement includes lifetime activity for the selected campaigns. A September send can therefore include an October open. This is different from reporting only engagement events that occurred during September.
Where offered, switch between adjusted engagement and raw tracking to understand the difference. Privacy proxies, security scanners, and bots can create activity without a person reading the email. Adjusted metrics reduce that noise and can infer an open from a human-classified click; they remain estimates of engagement, not a guarantee.
Browser-copy visits do not count as email opens or clicks. Do not add daily unique figures together and describe the result as distinct people across the entire campaign.
Search, sort, and page through recipients or links in the full report. A first page is not the complete dataset. Inspect destination details carefully; avoid opening unsubscribe links while investigating. Use Download report for the currently applied campaign filters and review the export's scope.
If a detail request fails or diagnostics are unavailable, use the offered retry and report the error. Missing data is not the same as zero activity. Use About these numbers for the definitions displayed in your current view.
