Review & share in Noticestry One supports two different tasks: letting someone view a saved email, and asking named reviewers to approve it. Neither action sends the campaign to its audience.
A preview link is for viewing. It does not provide approval buttons or satisfy an approval requirement. Anyone with the link can view its saved sample, so share it deliberately. Use the panel's revocation controls when access is no longer needed.
Under the any-one rule, one approval can satisfy the request even when another reviewer asks for changes. Choose all reviewers when every person's sign-off is needed.
Use Request approval for a saved campaign version. Choose reviewers and the approval rule before sending the request.
Read feedback, edit the draft, save it, and request review of the revised version. Changes to content, subject, sender, address, browser-copy placement, or audience can invalidate earlier approval. An expired or revoked link needs a valid replacement; forwarding an old link does not extend it.
Check the panel's current status, then use the campaign's separate send or schedule action. Save draft & review saves and opens the review workflow. Approval does not automatically deliver mail.
Approval requirements can come from the campaign or workspace policy. Administrator cancellation is available only where policy allows it and requires a reason. Once delivery has been attempted, duplicate the campaign for corrected content instead of replacing its approved send version.
