Review and approve Social posts

Social → Approvals packages content for internal or external review. This is separate from email campaign approval and from public business reviews.

Create an approval package

  1. Confirm the workspace and prepare unsent drafts or reusable Content Library items.
  2. Open Approvals and choose Create approval.
  3. Add a clear Title and a Note explaining what reviewers should check.
  4. Choose External or Internal according to the intended review.
  5. Select the content and verify the Selected content list.
  6. Create the package, open View, and inspect its items.
Create approval dialog with title, note, and external or internal review type

Create an approval package for the selected saved content, choose the review type, and add a clear title and note.

Share and review

Use Generate link where available to create the intended reviewer access. Share it only with the person or team meant to review the package. External reviewer links support review without a Noticestry One account.

Reviewers should inspect each item, its text, media, and intended channels, then approve it or request changes with specific feedback. Check the package's approved-item count and status afterward. A view count means someone opened the review; it is not an approval.

Handle feedback and edits

Read requested changes, update the content, and submit the revised item for review. Approval belongs to the exact content revision. Editing approved content automatically requires a new review where approval is enforced; previous sign-off should not be presented as approval of the edited version.

Open packages can block publishing until their items are approved. Do not close a package merely to avoid unresolved feedback; have the workspace's operator resolve the intended review workflow.

Approval versus publishing

The workspace's Publishing approval policy is shown in Linked Accounts. Where required, the approved current version is checked before scheduling or publishing.

Approval means content is ready for the operator's next action. Check the separate schedule or publish action and final per-channel result. An Approved label is not evidence that a post is already public.

When a reviewer cannot proceed

Check the intended workspace, package status, current version, and link validity. Generate a valid replacement through the package controls when needed. Contact the operator if the link opens unexpected content or the item changed during review. Keep Social review links separate from email Review & share links.
