Content Library stores reusable Social content in Noticestry One. A library item is not automatically a scheduled or published post; accounts and timing are chosen for each publishing run.
Use evergreen material that can be adapted and reviewed when reused. Recheck dates, prices, promotions, and links before every publication.
Use Search and the Source, Media, From, and To filters. Source can distinguish content created in the app from Imported items. Some current screens still label app-created content “Relay”; that is a legacy source label within Noticestry One.
Review the full text and media. Times posted and Latest activity help identify previous use, but do not replace checking the calendar and intended native accounts for an overlapping post.
Use Edit to update the reusable item. Editing creates a new content version. If it had required approval, obtain approval for the revised version before scheduling or publishing. Use Social → Approvals to package library content for internal or external review.
The library item remains reusable after a run. Publishing it again can create another public post, so do not click Post now as a way to inspect an already submitted outcome. Use Calendar, the dashboard, and the native platform link to verify each channel.
Imported content is not proof that old approvals, schedules, analytics, or provider account mappings were migrated. Check those separately before relying on the item for a current campaign.
