In an enabled Noticestry One workspace, use Social Dashboard → Create post to prepare content for connected channels. Social posts are separate from email campaigns.
A browser preview helps check content but cannot guarantee an identical appearance on every native platform. Review platform-specific limits and the entire uploaded asset before continuing.
Draft keeps content unsent. Now prepares an immediate publishing action. Schedule requires a future date/time and a timezone.
The scheduling dialog states which timezone applies to the entered time; Calendar displays times in your browser timezone. Check both, especially when traveling or near daylight-saving changes.
Choose Schedule and verify the date, time, and timezone before scheduling. Resolve any channel or approval warnings first.
When workspace policy requires approval, prepare an unsent draft or reusable Content Library item and use Approvals to obtain sign-off on the exact version. If publishing is blocked for approval, complete that workflow rather than making repeated publish attempts. Editing approved content can require another review.
Use the displayed final action only after the accounts, timing, media, and approval status are correct. Publishing now can immediately create a public post. Scheduling creates future delivery work; saving a draft does not.
Reusable content can be posted or scheduled from Content Library after choosing accounts and timing for that individual run.
Check Calendar and the Social Dashboard for Scheduled, Published, or Needs attention status. Review the result for each account: one channel can succeed while another fails. Open the native platform post where a link is available to confirm the final account and content.
If the outcome is uncertain, inspect the provider error and native account before submitting a duplicate. A provider accepting a request is not the same as a verified published post. Contact support with the affected post, account, time, and error when retry behavior is unclear.
