Noticestry One usage is specific to the selected workspace and its current plan. Check the Billing page for the actual allowance and reset date instead of assuming every workspace has the same price or a calendar-month cycle.
The sidebar offers a quick usage summary. The Billing page gives the period context you need to understand it.
Contacts can display both billable and total contact counts. These differ because historical or ineligible records can remain in the database. Use the workspace's billable-contact meter for the plan allowance; do not assume every stored contact is billed.
Lists and tags can overlap, so adding their counts does not produce a reliable workspace contact total. Cleanup preview estimates do not actually reduce billable contacts or change the plan.
Review included sends for the displayed billing period and the campaign's remaining-send information before scheduling a large mailing. Sending can be blocked when the current allowance, billing access, or period information is unavailable. Read the specific message rather than repeatedly retrying Send.
Reports count campaign activity and Billing tracks plan usage; they answer different questions and may have different scopes. Do not treat a filtered Reports total as the complete current-period usage meter.
Some workspaces show that Noticestry manages billing under an existing agreement. Use the displayed billing-help path for those workspaces. Others offer plan comparison and a separate checkout or billing-management step.
Review the current price, allowance, interval, and final confirmation before changing a plan. Selecting a comparison card is not proof the plan has changed. Published help does not replace your current agreement or the terms shown at checkout.
Where available, choose Load billing history to retrieve invoices and download the relevant item. If plan details or dates are still syncing, use the offered billing-sync action or contact support with the workspace name and error. Do not assume missing values mean unlimited usage or free access.
