Social is available in enabled Noticestry One workspaces. Linked Accounts controls which business channels that workspace can publish to. Confirm the workspace and business identity before connecting an account.
Only use the platforms and account types available in your workspace's connection flow. A completed authorization screen alone does not prove a channel can publish every media format.
Compare Connected and Active states in Linked Accounts with the Social Dashboard account summary. Use the available Refresh action to reload status. Check provider permissions and any publishing or reconnection error before scheduling content.
Some providers require a business account, correct Page access, or a linked identity. If the expected business is missing during authorization, verify those permissions with the business owner.
Check each linked channel and its status. Workspace approval policy and connection controls appear on Linked Accounts.
If authorization expires or access changes, use the offered reconnect or channel-connection flow and select the same intended business identity. Review upcoming posts and the resulting account mapping afterward. Refreshing status is not always the same as renewing provider authorization.
Do not disconnect and reconnect an apparently duplicated account without reviewing scheduled posts and history with your administrator. Disconnect removes the connection and can affect future publishing; it is not a generic refresh button.
Linked Accounts also shows the workspace's Publishing approval policy. Administrators can require approval of the exact content revision. Connecting an account does not satisfy that approval requirement or publish content.
If Social is absent from the sidebar or management controls are unavailable, ask your administrator or Noticestry support about workspace access. Include the platform, intended business name, status, and displayed error. Never send provider passwords or access tokens.
