Ad accounts, boosting, and paid Social availability | Noticestry One

Ad accounts, boosting, and paid Social availability

Social → Ads is available according to workspace access and enabled capabilities in Noticestry One. Connecting a Social channel, enabling an ad account, boosting a post, and creating a standalone ad are separate actions.

Check availability first

Open Ads in the intended workspace and read its current access message. A workspace may offer Boost Post while Create Ad is disabled. Do not assume standalone ad creation is enabled because an ad account appears in the list.

Ask your administrator or Noticestry support to review availability when a capability is disabled. Advanced or pilot features can differ across workspaces.

Read the workspace availability notice first. Boosting and standalone ad creation have separate controls and availability.

Review ad accounts

Use the linked-account filter and Manage ad account selector to confirm the provider, business account, currency, and Enabled or Available state. Sync accounts retrieves available provider accounts; it is not itself a campaign launch.

Choose the account intended to fund this advertising. Similar names or multiple platform mappings can refer to different business contexts. Do not enable an unrelated account just because it is available.

Prepare a boost where enabled

  1. Choose Boost Post.
  2. Select an eligible already-published post and check its provider identity and preview.
  3. Choose the correct Ad account and review the Ad name and Goal.
  4. Enter the budget and explicitly choose Per day or Total.
  5. Review supported targeting, including country, age, locations, and interests where shown.
  6. Resolve the displayed validation messages and review the final action before submitting.

A post needs a usable provider or platform post ID. If no boostable posts are loaded, check the ad-account selection and refresh Social posts when offered. Do not invent an ID or repeatedly create duplicate boosts.

Understand spend and outcomes

Submitting a boost or ad can start paid delivery after provider review. Review the correct funding account, budget mode, targeting, timing where offered, and confirmation. The help article does not authorize a spend or guarantee provider approval.

Check the resulting ad status and available history, then verify delivery and spend in the native advertising platform. A saved or submitted request is not proof that the ad is delivering. If submission has an uncertain result, check the provider before retrying to avoid duplicate paid campaigns.
